Account Watch · Free · Keep whoever runs your account

We read your whole Amazon account every week — and price what was missed.

AI reads every report Amazon gives us, every week. A person checks what it found before it reaches you — so a finding with a dollar figure has been looked at by someone.

Unfiled reimbursement claims, fee overcharges, wasted ad spend, looming stockouts, suppressed listings, buyers left past the 24-hour clock — graded every Monday, with dollar amounts. It does not care who holds the pen: you, your agency, or us.

The scorecard · every Monday, 8:00, in your inbox

Every finding priced. Every one marked handled, missed, or open.

Handled — credit where it's due

When whoever runs the account catches something in time, the scorecard says so. A clean week reads “nothing material missed” — this is not a fear machine.

Missed — priced, with evidence

A claim window that expired unfiled, spend that ran three weeks with zero orders — each miss carries the dollar amount and the trail behind it.

Open — act-by dates

Money and risk still on the table, with the date it stops being recoverable. Forward it to whoever holds the pen — or hand it to us.

The scorecard grades the account, not people — what was done and what wasn't, no matter who was supposed to do it.

What gets graded

Nine watches. Each one names the access it needs.

Grant what you're comfortable with — every level lights up more of the scorecard. Reports access alone already price the biggest misses.

Needs · reports

Unclaimed reimbursements

Lost and damaged inventory, uncredited returns, check-in shortfalls — matched against what Amazon actually paid back, with days left in each claim window.

Needs · reports

Fee overcharges

Size-tier and weight drift, fee changes that never got rechecked — the quiet ones that cost hundreds a month until someone notices.

Needs · reports

Stockouts & aged stock

Days of cover per SKU against real sell-through, inbound gaps, and long-term storage fees building on stock that stopped moving.

Needs · reports

Listing suppressions

Suppressed and search-suppressed listings the moment they appear — and how long each one sat before anyone fixed it.

Needs · reports

Buy Box & pricing

Every Buy Box loss, who undercut, and how long it took whoever runs the account to respond.

Needs · reports

Account health

Order defects, late shipments, policy flags — the metrics that suspend accounts, watched before they become an emergency.

Needs · advertising (read)

Ad waste & activity

Spend running with zero orders, ACoS by SKU — and the activity meter: when your campaigns were last actually touched, by anyone.

Needs · messaging (view)

Buyer response clock

Every buyer message against Amazon's 24-hour clock, reviews waiting on a reply, and how long each one waited.

Needs · console user seat

Cases & recommendations

Seller Support cases aging without answers, and Amazon's own recommendations sitting unactioned on every console surface.

Whatever you don't grant, the scorecard says it can't see — it never guesses, and never counts a blind spot as a pass.

Access, spelled out

Four levels. You see the exact permissions before you connect.

Reports (read) Amazon-authorized connection: orders, finances, inventory, listings, pricing. Cannot change anything. Unlocks 6 of 9 watches
Advertising (read) A separate Amazon Ads consent, also reports-only — campaigns, search terms, spend, change history. + ad waste & activity
Messaging (view) View-level permission for buyer messages and reviews. We read the clock, not your customers' data beyond it. + buyer response clock
Console user seat A view-only user you invite in Seller Central — the only way anyone can see Support cases and every recommendation surface. Remove the user, access ends. + cases & recommendations — the full grade
Full access = the full grade. Reports alone is still worth connecting. ▸ Revoke any level, anytime, in Seller Central — no call, no ticket. ▸ Your data is never sold, never used to train models, purged when you disconnect.
One standard

Same scorecard, whoever holds the pen.

You run it

A weekly list of what slipped

You're running product, suppliers, cash, and everything else. The scorecard is the short list of what slipped while you were busy — with the dollars to rank it.

Your agency runs it

Proof of value, both ways

See what they catch — on the record, with credit — and what slips. Nobody calls them; the scorecard is yours. What you do with it is your business.

We run it

The watchdog stays on

Hire us to act, and Account Watch keeps grading our own work by the same fixed rules. There is no special reporting mode for us — that's the point.

The methodology is fixed and published, every scorecard is kept and exportable, and findings can't be edited by whoever does the work — including us. The audit trail is the product.
Why free?

Because some of you will hand us the pen.

If the scorecard keeps finding misses, every section maps to a desk we run — recovery, ads, inventory, listings — priced flat on the Amazon job page. Hand over one desk or all of them, whenever the evidence convinces you. If you never do, we make nothing from you — that's our bet on the product.

Straight answers

The questions you should ask before connecting anything.

Is this allowed by Amazon? Yes — the connection uses Amazon's authorized app authorization (the same OAuth every approved Seller Central app uses), and the optional user seat is a standard view-only user you invite and can remove. No credential sharing, ever.
Can you change anything on my account? Not at any monitoring level. Reports, ads, and messaging access are read/view-only; the user seat is view-only. Acting on the account is a separate, explicit engagement with its own agreement.
Will my agency know? We never contact them. The scorecard goes to you. Many clients share it with their agency as a working document — that's your call, not ours.
Will this turn into a sales sequence? The scorecard contains findings, dollars, and evidence — no pitches, no booking links. The desks are priced on the main page when you want them.
What happens to my data if I leave? Revoke access in Seller Central at any time; we purge your account data. Your past scorecards remain yours — exportable, before and after.
