Amazon Management: the whole console, run for you.

Your entire Amazon seller operation, run for you — catalog, advertising, inventory, customer messages, and account health, with every action recorded and explained.

Nine sub-jobs cover the account. Buy the whole service, or one sub-job at a time — each is priced by its own deliverables, and every deliverable is priced and approved before work starts — you pay when it ships.

Managed Product Catalog

Your catalog held to its expected state — every listing checked against the master catalog and kept sellable — with unlimited updates from any source: spreadsheets, emails, files, messages. Covers one sales channel and one store in it.

Show details

Included:

  • Unlimited updates from any source — spreadsheets, emails, files, messages — prepared by AI, reviewed and approved by your operator, live within one business day
  • New products listed from your master catalog as they appear, at any volume
  • Every listing checked daily against the master catalog's expected state; drift fixed and re-pushed automatically
  • Sellability watch: suppressed, search-suppressed, or inactive listings caught and fixed the day they break
  • Simple fixes always included — when a fix needs a fight, it becomes Listing Casework, opened only with your approval

A product counts once across all its variants — sizes and colors ride free. The $500 monthly minimum covers your first 100 products; each product past that is $5/mo. Covers one sales channel and one store in it — additional channels and stores are separate deliverables.

Ongoing$5 /productMinimum: $500/moFree if you already have it from Catalog Management or other jobs

Conversion Optimization

Your listings tested rather than tweaked — the other half of catalog management: when a listing is stable, its content slot runs an experiment in Amazon’s own split-test tool; updates always preempt; winners publish automatically.

Show details

Included:

  • One experiment at a time per eligible listing — title, main image, or A+ content — run in Amazon’s Manage Your Experiments; half your shoppers see each version and the winner publishes automatically
  • Hypotheses from your search-query and funnel data, with a heads-up before each launch
  • A readout on every completed experiment
  • Updates always preempt: if a listing needs a correction, the correction ships first — and where Amazon blocks an experiment, we update directly and run the reverse test

Good to know:

  • Eligibility requires Brand Registry and enough traffic; runs take 4–10 weeks
  • The monthly minimum keeps the cadence always-on: experiments running whenever your catalog is stable

Not included:

  • New photography or video
Ongoing$250 /mocovers your first 5 experiments$50 /experiment beyond
Managed Advertising

Campaigns run against your margin targets, wasted spend trimmed weekly, proven search terms promoted. Priced per advertised product line — never a percent of your ad spend.

Show details

Included:

  • Campaign structure, bids, and budgets managed against your margin targets
  • Wasted spend trimmed weekly; proven search terms promoted to exact keywords
  • Branded-spend tests when your organic rank already dominates
  • Every change logged with its reason

Good to know:

  • The fee is per advertised product line — never a percent of your ad spend.
  • A product line is a group of products that share one campaign set: automatic, broad and phrase, exact, product-targeting, and brand campaigns. On Amazon a product line is normally one portfolio.
  • A product line counts in a month when it takes advertising spend.
Weekly$500 /mocovers your first 5 advertised product lines$100 /advertised product line beyond

  • Review responses and removal casework (see Managed Reviews & Feedback)

02 · In Seller Central

What we do under your grant.

Membrane Inc is a registered Amazon solution provider with a published Selling Partner app. You grant Membrane access to your Seller Central account, you choose what the grant covers, and you can end it there at any time. Inside that grant, the work is:

Catalog and listings

Suppressed and stranded offers cleared, variation families kept intact, titles, bullets, images, and A+ content kept in shape. Nothing changes on a listing outside the scope you approved.

Inventory and FBA

Stock coverage and restock timing, inbound and FBA shipments tracked to sellable, removals handled, returns and reimbursements reconciled inside their filing windows.

Advertising and promotions

Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns run against your margin targets; coupons, deals, and Prime exclusive discounts set up and closed on time.

Reports and account health

Business reports, Brand Analytics, and the Account Health page read every week; every finding with a dollar figure checked by a person before it reaches you.

Cases and experiments

Seller Support cases opened and run to resolution; listing changes validated in Manage Your Experiments before they become the default.

Buyer messages

Buyer questions and Amazon notifications answered inside the 24-hour clock, in your voice, with anything unusual escalated to you.

How access works
  1. You invite Membrane in Seller Central. Under Settings → User Permissions you add Membrane as a user and tick the permissions you want us to hold. Nothing else changes in your account.
  2. Or you authorize Membrane as your service provider. Once Amazon approves our service roles, you open our authorization link, pick the roles the grant covers, and confirm. Amazon scopes the grant to those roles and dates it for 365 days.
  3. You set the scope, and you can end either grant in Seller Central at any time. When the job starts you agree what may run unattended; anything outside that scope, and anything irreversible, waits for your approval. Every action we take under the grant is recorded with the reason it was taken, and the weekly report lists all of them.

Membrane has been phenomenal. They knocked out in days a list we had been sitting on for months, caught my own errors before they went live, and every change came with a written explanation of what was done and why.

05 · Start on your own computer

Audit your ads before you buy anything.

The Membrane plugin for Claude Code and Codex audits your Amazon Ads account on your own computer. It pulls 60 days of Sponsored Products data into a local file and lists the work it finds: spend with no orders, budgets that cap winning campaigns, search terms that convert but have no keyword, brand terms in broad match, duplicate targets. Your data stays on your computer. Only the Amazon sign-in goes through Membrane.

Spend with no orders

Targets and search terms that took clicks for 28 days and produced no order, with the spend behind each.

Budgets that cap winners

Campaigns that ran out of budget on days they converted, and campaigns that never spend what they hold.

Unharvested search terms

Customer search terms that produced orders and have no exact keyword of their own yet.

Structure problems

Brand terms in broad match, duplicate targets across ad groups, products no longer eligible to advertise.

How to run it
  1. Install the plugin. In Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add membranehq/agent-skills then /plugin install membrane@membrane. In Codex: codex plugin marketplace add membranehq/agent-skills then codex plugin add membrane@membrane.
  2. Ask for the audit. Say “audit my Amazon Ads”. The agent opens Amazon's consent page, you allow access, and you paste one code back. Amazon takes up to 20 minutes to produce the reports; the agent tells you when they are in.
  3. Hand over the work. The report lists what to fix with the spend behind each item. When you want Membrane to do the fixing, the report links to the Amazon Ads job and names the findings file to share. No Membrane account is needed for the audit itself.
